Hello,
My name is Deborah. I work with trauma survivors in order to facilitate subtle body healing using a tool bag of resources including yoga, meditation, mindfulness practice, shamanic and energy healing. As a life coach I specializing in helping trauma survivors incorporate healthy practices to rebuild their inner and outer strengths in order to live a life of balance, inner peace and empowerment.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Intake and schedule first session
1st session - discuss options and treatment plans, begin healing sessions/coaching
Between sessions clients will incorporate part of a routine into their daily practice and complete homework. Check ins by phone are available during this time as well.
Following sessions - check in, homework, adjustements in routine building, healing sessions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
BA in Cultural Anthropology focus on spiritual healing practices since 2000.
Reiki Master/Teacher since 2000
Retired Certification in bodywork 14 years of practice since 2004
Instructor of bodywork since 2007
1.5 years traditional Chinese and Oriental medicine studies including auricular and acupressure treatments for addiction and pain treatment.
2 years counseling education for clinical mental health
500 hour yoga instructor certification 2021 (and lifetime practitioner).
