I have been playing guitar since high school, which was over 40 years ago. I started in a dance band playing music from the 40's. I currently play in a band that does rock, country, blues, and pop called Look Both Ways. Instead of reading music, I teach guitar patterns and music theory. I believe that playing music should be fun and modify the lessons to accommodate my student's interests.
