I try to be creative with my approach to my clients goals. Wheather it be building strength, toning or weight loss or mobility training. I want to teach you the skills to build on and grow in your own fitness journey.
I’m passionate about giving people the tools to have fun while getting in shape/living a more healthy life. I work with all ages and fitness levels to achieve their goals.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to go over the goals of my client and talk about what they like to do/what they hate doing, what they are/aren't doing (without judgement), where they are currently on that path toward their goal with a few assesments, and talk about strategies for achieving their goals. I include discussions about stress levels, healthy eating, and healthy habits.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Personal Trainer with the NFPT and working on my master personal trainer certificate. I teach Vinyasa yoga, restorative yoga, and Buti yoga and can bring any of those modalities to a personal training session.
