Welcome, I'm a Health and Fitness coach that specializes in strength training, sport specific training, nutrition and injury rehab/prevention. I'm hard working, with a sport background that has molded me to be very team-oriented and understanding of others. I am a patient coach, that has a passion for teaching clients as well as guiding them to be better. Currently, I have 6 years of training experience with a lifetime of experience in sports and wellness as an individual. I played basketball from the primary school level all the way through four years of undergrad at Clarion University. I love working with people from all backgrounds with a variety of goals, as it helps me display my versatility, creativity and resourcefulness as a coach.
