The Langford Learning Clinic

My name is William Langford and I have been both a coach and trainer for the last 10 years. Most recently, I am beginning my second season with Elizabeth Seton High School as the JV and Varsity girls basketball teams Assistant Coach, my role is as the player development coach. In that time I have observed the development of a decade of grassroots basketball talent and as a result, compiled some very effective approaches to player development. My approach is geared more towards player effectiveness within a team context as supposed to just working to enhance individual skill sets. I spend a lot of time working on the basic fundamentals of dribbling, passing, and shooting using high quality reps. From there I begin incorporating the player into workouts that give a better understanding of how to attack defenses within a team context.
