I enjoy being able to bring yoga into peoples lives.Not only the postures (asana) of the practice, but the breathe work and meditative part as well. Everybody is in their season of life and yoga always makes an impact. Take a step,leap,hop to your yoga practice. Lets grow together!
Meeting new people and learning so much more from each student. Being in community with others that enjoy the practice. Yoga is unity! Also knowing that the yoga practice is always evolving and changing but its been around for ancient years and it works!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I obtain the students goals and reasons they want to incorporate yoga into their lives.I want to reach each person exactily where they are and present each class in an accessible way.

How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching yoga at a local studio where I received my yoga teacher certification. I knew I wanted to teach on a 1:1 bais to help students grow as well. I started by teaching outside in teh community to make yoga more finacially accessible to students after the lockdown. I hope to reach more students through the impact and draw of the yoga pracitice.

Students of all ages and needs.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Go to a yoga studio and take classes from diffrent teachers. If you connect to a certain person then reach out to them and ask if they provide private services.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Do your research as well.This is your body,mind and soul, take the importance of learning and improving yourself into your own hands. A teacher can only influence you, you have to be open to doing the hard work.
