Mitchell is very hands on and you can tell that he loves what he does. It’s incredible to see him training up the next group of leaders to be teachers. My son had a phenomenal experience and loved coming each week! He learned so much about safety and was very respectful because he was met with the upmost respect. He really did a great job of being sure that the kids carryover their life skills of things like respect and leadership. You definitely get a family feel and top tier customer service. We only discontinued because we moved out of state. Don’t miss out on a wonderful experience for your child to train under a truly dedicated master of their craft who strives to bring a safe and challenging atmosphere to be the best version of themselves.

Positive but challenging. Mitch makes sure that while being proctored, the pressure is appropriately applied under the philosophy that iron sharpens iron. He points out your strengths and weaknesses and tells you how to utilize them properly within self defense and even in training for tournaments. Every sparring moment is a clinch in progress. His motto is Watch for the uppercut and its a solid warning and lesson.

Mitchell is superb. Not only did he ask about my previous injuries but he resigned the entire workout to accommodate my injured hip. He was extremely patient with me and encouraged me throughout the entirety of the class. 5 stars from me, thank you Mitchell, I look forward to our next session.

I started teaching at the school that I was taught a traditional taekwondo center after getting a custom to that I branched out to different schools and styles

I work with students of all ages starting at 4 years of age to 50+, I also teach kids and people with disabilities. Growing up with an autistic baby sister made it very easy for me to be patient and a custom to all

I am very fond of martial arts tournaments when my students get to a certain level I will approve them to participate in order to see the growth

If the teacher does not take the time to get to know "how or who" you are that Teacher can only take you so far..

The student should only ask them selves if they're "ready to change" because that is what this process is for. if they're not ready to change, The teacher can only do so much for their needs
