Owner Daniel Lopez B.S, P.T. was an elite gymnast and martial artist. He also is a stuntman and performer to this day. He loves teaching and has built a team that does the same. Come in and check us out!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First, depending on what dicipline you take on, we take you for a test drive and show you the basics. You need to feel comfortable before you hit it hard. We show you how its done well first. We will then build you up, and take your through our curriculum. We love having new students, as watching you grow and learn in the sport is very satisfying.
