I provide detailed and precise training methods that fit each unique individual.
Goal setting and a clear plan to achieve these goals is what I will provide. I am a believer of making it fun , otherwise it becomes a chore.
I've been a lifelong athlete and have been coaching youth sports for over 20yrs. My main focus being basketball and Track and Field. I am a certified speed and agility coach as well as personal trainer.
Coaching fitness and Wellness is what I am most passionate about in life.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
My process is simple. I meet each student where they are fundamentally. I do an assessment to see the level at which they are at to begin. From there we can build on their skills.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
BS in Exercise Physiology , university of Illinois at Chicago.
Over 20yrs coaching experience in multiple sports. High school/middle school and youth.

$35 hour for one lesson
$105 for 3 one hour lessons
How did you get started teaching?
I worked in Corporate fitness for many years and enjoyed the personal/ group trainings. However I truly wanted to work with children and assist them in building their skills. I decided to leave the fitness world for teaching and coaching and haven't looked back.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with every age from 5-45 for not only basketball skills but fitness as well.
Students whom were high level athletes to those just beginning.
