JC is an expert in his field. Instead of a general workout experience, JC gives each client an individual workout plan depending on their own specific goals and needs. He gives creative, effective workouts and fully explains what exercises you’re doing and why and what muscles should be impacted by that exercise. He provides nutrition plans and meal prep, encourages proper supplements according to your individual needs, gives therapy for weak or hurt muscles. Julio’s one on one and interactive way of teaching brings a more inclusive way of coaching. He is very down to earth and works well with others. I have had experience with other trainers in the past who would simply go to the gym and give you workouts to do. Julio makes sure that he is teaching you the right way to do each exercise and provides an understanding of what it is doing to your body. Not only is he there for you in the gym, he is there for you in manny other ways, including your diet. Needless to say, JC Acosta will get you shredded if you believe in him and his teachings
Crazy but a good trainer
JC is such a good Fitness trainer. He is very professional and knowledgeable. JC makes the training interesting and very effective. I had great results and such a great time while training with him. Definitely recommend him as a fitness coach.
