    JC is an expert in his field. Instead of a general workout experience, JC gives each client an individual workout plan depending on their own specific goals and needs. He gives creative, effective workouts and fully explains what exercises you’re doing and why and what muscles should be impacted by that exercise. He provides nutrition plans and meal prep, encourages proper supplements according to your individual needs, gives therapy for weak or hurt muscles. He has found the proper balance of being tough yet encouraging. Working with JC is a full personal fitness and health experience.     Julio’s one on one and interactive way of teaching brings a more inclusive way of coaching. He is very down to earth and works well with others. I have had experience with other trainers in the past who would simply go to the gym and give you workouts to do. Julio makes sure that he is teaching you the right way to do each exercise and provides an understanding of what it is doing to your body.     First I was a single guy looking for a personal trainer when I was 17y/o then I feel motivated and I liked the results and I was so excited and took the decision to motivate other people to do the same and help them to pursuit their goals, I started to prepared myself studying and I got my certifications and licenses to do it. It's feels so good and satisfying being the role model of the people who look for your service and you create a good impact on their life which your experience and which your knowledge, challenging them and keeping them motivated to keep fighting. 

    I have worked with all types of clients, from children to adults;  from people who want to improve their physical performance and health as well as their speed, agility and flexibility.  I have worked with professional athletes, amateurs, etc.
