We are a company based on healing arts and services in South Florida. Some things that we offer include yoga, meditation, a wide variety of massage services, ayurvedic therapies, and calculate vedic astrology charts. Rama also teaches English, Spanish, and German! Rama has 17 years of experience working as a yoga therapist and working with intuitive therapies. Radha has been practicing yoga for five years and has been certified for two. We design our classes to fit your needs as an individual. We will preform an ayurvedic diagnosis and prescribe the perfect practice for you! What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We start with warm up techniques, such as giving the student information about the practices and teaching key words and phrases they may need to understand the practice. We ask plenty of questions to learn about what our students need and get to know them on a personal level to understand their individual needs. We then help them to build the best method of practice for their learning style and body types. There are many different styles of yoga, so we will help show you what may be best for you!
