About
I have been a yoga teacher for over 8 years, and I have been practicing for more than 12. I have completed the 500 hour (RYT) Registered Yoga Teacher Training with YogaWorks, and I have over 1,000 hours of registered yoga trainings with Yoga Alliance. I also hold certifications in Physical and Sports Therapy Aide.
I am passionate when it comes to sharing my love for yoga. Years of experience have taught me that practicing yoga is more than just a healthy choice; it grants you the wisdom that comes when your body and mind are in perfect harmony. Allow me to help you not only fine-tune your poses and greatly improve your posture, but to teach you the methods you can use to develop ways to better care for yourself, your body and your mind.
