Knock out score is calculated by the amount of punches and plyo combinations that are completed through out the class. Android phones are placed above the boxing bags in order to keep track/count of the amount of punches and force performed during the class.
The class is divided into 4 different sections. The warm up, plyo combinations (where the instruction demonstrates how to perform each boxing combination), abs work out and finally the cool down. These 4 steps target each area of the body creating a full body work out that burns a significant amount of calories per class.
There are both 45 minute & 60 minute cardio boxing classes through out the morning and afternoon Monday-Sunday.
