My name is Is Rey Franqui I've been around the sport of boxing for more that 12 years. Started as an amateur boxer at age 14 and competed in 32 amateur fights including 2 florida golden glove tournamnets and a State PAL tournament. My training for clients includes the proper boxing fundamentals and similar workouts/training I worked through as amateur boxer for over 10 years. My workout plan will not only get your body in great shape but also give you the right knowledge, confidence and technique to defend yourself.
