What is your typical process for working with a new student?
If the client wants to achieve a Pro Boxing Skill level we start off with the rudiments which include stance, shadow Boxing, footwork, defense and offense. Generally moving onward to with Focus Pad and Heavybag work. If the client wants to control their weight or gain strength through boxing training, we spend less time on the Professional concepts of boxing and more on physical conditioning, diet and weight loss.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 + years of Training and Gym ownership, being in the corner for Fighters for Pro Title Fights. Organizing sparring for training camps, etc. Worked with some of the best trainers and fighters in history, Specialty in building young Fighters and having clients achieve extraordinary results.

Single Session Pricing 125.00 Per sessions. Sessions can last two hours or more depending on the Client. Discount packages are available as well.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Go with the ones that have actual Pro Fight Trainer experience. Especially the ones who have trained and supervised World Champions/Camps.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
1. Where will we be training? (Gym, Beach, Park or in a Professional boxing environment?)
2. Will I be doing the same routines Day in and Day out?
3. Will you start me out on Pads immediately or will we work on the proper way to punch without Pads first?
4. Will you honestly assess my skill level before I can enter the Amateur Ranks or seek another Pro Fight?
