I specialize in vinyasa stlye yoga, I enjoy combining fun uplifting music to make interesting and exciting yoga flows. I am a 200 HR Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher, and I have studied nutrition/diet for the past 2 years. I also have experience teaching Kids Yoga.
I love connecting with individuals and helping them grow and become more confident and flexible. I also enjoy creating fun and exciting yoga music playlists to make my classes new and different each time!
