About
Although martial arts are great for exercise and sport, they are not effective in real-world self defense because unless you’re an expert, when your adrenaline shoots up, you will lose your ability to use complex motor skills. My program is not a martial art and harnesses your pre-wired, instinctive reaction to a sudden violent attack. We weaponize movements your body will automatically use in an attack.
My goal is to make good people safer, one person at a time and feel that everyone should be able to defend themselves and their loved ones.
