What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We start with a baseline evaluation of your overall fitness, current habits and lifestyle choices. Then we set chllanging but attainable goals to measure against in the areas of strength, stamina, mobility and nutrition.

I've been training clients for almost ten years.

Small group training capped at 6 people per session. 3x per week at $50 per session.
