I started practicing yoga while I was in law school and immediately fell in love with it. Finding a workout that exercised the body as well as the mind and the soul at the same time was a game changer. I kept practicing on and off as a hobby until 2013 when she decided to deepen my practice. I have dealt with chronic migraines my entire life and wasn't finding relief through traditional medicine so I decided to take a teacher training and fell in love even more with yoga and it's teachings. The most important thing that yoga has taught me is to always be a student. The opportunity to start teaching was presented to me so I took it. Since then, I have dedicated my life to the practice of yoga. I love everything that comes from this practice, getting to know my students, meeting new people and the relationships gained from it.
I will serve you as a guide on the mat and maybe off of it as well!
I love guiding my students through their own unique journey. Celebrating their achievements as they find progress and accompanying them through the areas they need to work on.
