Yin Yoga helps lubricate your joints as well as work/stretch the deep connective tissue improving flexibility and meditation. Poses are held for longer periods of time. 🕉🧘🏽♀️
I obtain and have earned my 200 Hr Yoga Certification with Yoga Alliance as well as Reiki level 1 Certification. Yoga became a part of my life for several years now. As a breast cancer survivor, sharing my passion with others to live a healthy and stress free lifestyle teaching yoga is a blessing for me.
