Discovering AUM Studio for Wellness has truly changed my life on a deeper and more meaningful level.
First and foremost, its a yoga studio where I can practice every day—including weekends—which helps me stay consistent and connected to my body. The atmosphere is incredibly warm, welcoming, and peaceful. From the moment I step in, I feel at ease and supported, making my morning practice a powerful way to recharge and set the tone for the entire day.
I especially love the variety of classes offered—everything from gentle yoga to advanced flows, Pilates, and meditation. There’s something for every mood and energy level.
What makes AUM Studio even more special is that it’s so much more than just a yoga space. It’s a vibrant community hub where I’ve been able to attend unique and enriching events like sound baths, women’s circles, cacao ceremonies, art classes, and even retreats. These experiences have nourished my spirit and expanded my sense of connection and purpose.
And now, with the addition of intuition circles for children and men’s circles, the studio is creating space for even more people to explore wellness and self-awareness in a truly supportive environment.
