Genevieve Yoga
About
I have been practicing yoga and meditation for five years. During that time, I have developed a passion for teaching and assisting others on thier own personal spiritual, yoga and meditation journeys. I am able to teach anyone from beginners looking for the basics to advanced bodies looking for a challenge. I am certified in hatha, yin yoga, yoga nidra, and have knowledge in gentle and restorative yoga, yogic philosophy such as the yoga sutras and the bhagavad gita, meditation and pranayam techniques. I am also certified in energy healing and conduct personal healing sessions. I am deeply passionate about these practices and deeply dedicated to holding space for others while I assist them on their transformative and healing journeys.
I enjoy assisting people along their own journeys of self acceptance and returning home to themselves. I enjoy showing people that they are healers themselves with a power within them that they can always call on to show them the way.
