Rafael is a great yoga teacher! His classes are always fun but challenging and there is always a great guided Savasana period at the end of class. I have regularly attended Rafael’s classes for more than a year and a half and have achieved more body toning than taking regular kickboxing and cycling classes combined! In addition, Rafael’s instruction has helped me achieve greater strength, flexibility and better stress management. He pushes me to grow in my yoga practice and is very knowledgeable about many methodologies.

Rafaels yoga instruction is specifically catered to each student and his routine is never repetitive. Hes definitely one of the best yoga instructors in Atlanta.
