Breathe Balance Energize is a holistic care service business that operates out of BBE Relaxed Airbnb. Our services inclusive of Yoga, Reiki, Energy Clearing , AromaTouch Technique, Guided Meditation, Wellness Coaching and more. Our goal is to support and assist clients to establish a strong self-care practice via internal reflection, redefining truth, identifying areas of change required and practicing highest good.
I enjoy holding a space for people to come to heal and love on themselves via Yoga or any of the other services rendered. Endorsing the cultivation of life energy and witnessing the positive impact on people's lives is a joy.

I had the opportunity to take BBE Yin Yoga Online Class. Despite the fact she was not in my home with me to give personal guidance, I could tell the difference in body. If in just 1 session I could tell the impact, I can imagine doing Yoga with BBE regularly will change everything. Next day I signed up to receive BBE 1OM-1 Yoga session.
