Anya hopes to help build a strong and healthy community in Atlanta through Yoga, Health & Mindfulness programs, and she truly believes it’s never too late or too early to explore the world we live in.
Kids & Teens:
In the beginning of 2016 Anya created the “Freestyle Yoga & Fitness Lessons” curriculum for the pilot Discovery program. These classes engage children in fitness and mindfulness activities to support their physical and mental health, providing them with the tools and techniques to stay active and help handle everyday stress. Anya is now developing a Health, Mindfulness & Nutrition curriculum for children.

How did you get started teaching?
Tried yoga class back in 2011 and was amazed by the effect it had on me mentally and physically, so desired to dedicate my passion about it to sharing mindfulness & yoga with others on my life journey

From kids to senior to pro athletes, beginners, intermediate, advanced
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I enjoy teaching (and learning from) the diverse spectrum of people, every person has their own vibe, couple’s sessions has its own style, small or big group energies are also different. Kids classes are always challenging but fun! In my teaching I’m tuning in with the energy of a group or a private student to guide them through the session and get the maximum benefit out of it for them both physically & mentally 🙏🏼
