Jazz was so wonderful!!! She constantly made sure I wasn’t overdoing myself and working at my own pace. Extremely hands on when correcting each pose. Happy to continue learning through her.

I really haven’t done any yoga before this session, and I felt really comforted by the whole experience. It was a workout but by the end I felt this calming high mixed with contentedness. It was definitely spiritual and I’m so glad I got Jazz as an instructor. She has the most zen voice ever, and I felt right at home following her lead.
