I took my first yoga class with Emily - a super experience! Emily was a very accomplished teacher, the pace and atmosphere was so relaxing. I had a few health issues and I loved that Emily told the class up front the areas she would be focusing on AND asked if anyone had physical challenges with that. She then provided those of us that did with alternative moves. That for me is value added- and unfortunately has not been my experience at other studios. I will definitely go back for more.I am feeling rejuvinated and slept wonderfully. Thank you Emily!

I knew nothing about yoga. Emily not only taught me poses, but helped me understand what they were stretching and why it was important to stretch those areas. She designed a program fitted to me and my level of experience. I now have been practicing for two years. She had no judgement on my lack of skill. To this day, she still continues to teach me new things and expands my practice. Two years ago, I told her there was no way my arms could support me because I was very weak. Now arm balances are my strongest poses. I highly recommend her if you are new to yoga, or have been practicing for awhile.
