Hi! My name is Sarah and I teach a blend of Yin and Restorative Yoga, Yinstorative, is what I call it! We start out with a bit of restorative and mediation, dive into a gentle yet intense duration of Yin yoga and then we finish with restorative and the crystal singing bowls with gentle touch and aromatherapy.
