About the teacher: Nicole Ronco
I began the practice of yoga 15 years ago and immediately recognized the numerous healing and life benefits yoga has to offer.
I am a trained yoga teacher, registered with Yoga Alliance, as well as a meditation teacher registered through Meditation Alliance International. I am also certified in Yoga Sculpt, a Master Reiki Teacher under Usui Ryoho Reiki and a health coach.
Being a lifelong learner, I continue to find joy in growing my yoga knowledge and working with clients to create a wonderful, safe, and non-competitive space for students to dive beneath the surface of their daily lives and find deeper meaning and inspiration
I am honored to have the ability to teach yoga, helping to bring balance, awareness, breath, and happiness into other's lives.

I structure my classes with creative sequences and intentional themes, emphasizing the importance of proper alignment, pranayama breathing techniques, mindfulness, and meditation. Modification and advanced options are also made available for new students and experienced yogis, so that all can reach their potential.

My work includes focus on breath and toward specific goals and building a life long practice safely. I am also a certified meditation teacher and Reiki Master.
