Super Club offers wide open spaces, large windows, the latest state-of-the art equipment, numerous and various cutting-edge Group Exercise Classes held in 5 different studios (Aerobics Studio, Spin Studio, Theater Studio, Yoga/Pilates Studio and a Boxing Studio). Our classes include Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, Spinworx, Treadworx, BodyPump, RingSide and BodyCombat.
The Personal Training Staff at World Gym is focused on results! You are sure to find the right one-on-one instruction to help you reach your goal. All of our trainers/instructors have diverse backgrounds ranging from Nutrition to Martial Arts, even Core Strength to Boot Camp training.
