Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We give a complete tour of the facilty once they come in so they are a little more comfortable in a new environment. Our classes are beginner friendly! Once we have a new member/prospect into our facility, we introduce them to the instructor so they know they have a new member in class and to give them a little more attention than people with experience. We like to give "personal" training in a class setting.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The trainers at X3 Sports are all certified trainers; some whom are on our X3 UFC fight team while others are former competitors. You will be getting training from actual fighters and all certified trainers. We have over 100 years of training combined in our facilty.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Our memberships differ in price based on the exact membership you want and how long you choose to be here with us at X3. Once a member, classes are unlimited.
How did you get started teaching?
We wanted to bring a different aspect to working out and getting in shape for many different kinds of people. Our owners came together to make something that would be unordinary, but fun and very effective for our members.
What types of students have you worked with?
We've worked with people who've never worked out and want to make a change in their lives to people who are professional athletes. Our facilty is ran by professional trainers and athletes that specialize in what they do.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Be dedicated to your craft and what you want in the long run. If it's important to you, meet us half way and we'll get you to wherever you want to be.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
How important is their health to them, perosnally? How committed are you to making the necessary changes for results?
