Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Find out if they have any injuries. How long they have been doing yoga. Any restrictions. Then I watch them as they go through my lesson. I will adjust as I go after watching them. Will also make adjustments and variations as needed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my 200 hr yoga certification. I am in the process of getting my 500 hr certification. I have an Ashtanga Intensive workshop certificate.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Group lessons are $13 for an hour. Private is $70 for an hour.
How did you get started teaching?
I love yoga and wanted to increase my knoweldge and understanding. Too a 200 hr certification and grew to appreciate yoga even more.
