Boxing has a science it including Totaly body mobilty,PROPER range in motion,strength and conditioning.just like in any fitness activeity Form is always a factor. I isolate in form in time speed,power and reaction will develop,I guarantee premium training you will look like a boxer and feel like a boxer because true boxing is taught by a acutal boxers.

The process to working with a new student is introducing the lifestyle of boxing doesn't means you're going to fight but it will teach you the discipline of a boxer. I'll be giving you all the tools and information needed to exacute properly.
We start by getting light on our feet then we study the anatomy of all you punches known to boxing (Jab,Cross,Left/right Uppercuts and hooks.)
behind that comes the coordination of our hands and feet. Once we can properly exacute 2-4 punch combonation while keep the range in motion,coordinating our hands and feet. This means NEVER keeping stationary boxing always moving.
we can move forward in learning something new to better your workout and give you a new challenge.
The expericance I have delovleped comes from a place where boxing is not a workout it's a lifestyle. Nothing but competitive fight practiced there. I have eight years of activity under my belt and counting because I'm still active.

I started teaching in 2012 the same people who taught me how to box encouraged me to start preaching the sport to others. It was a wise choice to pick up and go forward with it I look at myself as a verbable text book to boxing as I have mastered to craft I'm able to teach it to others.
