About

I conduct an intensive 50 minute workout which entails the basics (and beyond) of boxing, along with my own “curve balls” sprinkled in. It can be tailored to any level of fitness. I’ve been boxing and training for 50 years, including having over 50 amateur fights, as well as personal one-on-one training for 20 years. I’m the real deal folks.

I really enjoy the satisfaction my clients derive from the program. I have several regimins included in the program where you can see your progress in black and white. This keeps them even more motivated to improve.

Frequently asked questions

The first thing I ask my new clients is whether they have any limitations as a result of prior surguries, conditions, or current problems that I need to work around. I then have them start the workout with an err to the side of caution mentality. I can always push them if I feel they can handle it.

I've been in the Fight game for 50 years, first as a competitor and then morphing into a trainer. I've trained with the best of coaches from all over the Chicago area, so I have a well-rounded grasp of the sport. I am really good at what I do.

Yes I have very competitve pricing. $50 for 50 minutes. My Gym is no frills but includes a Championship boxing ring, two heavy bags, 3 speed bags, and plenty of space to move around.

I participated in The Mercy Home for Boys and Girl's annual "Ringside for Mercy's Sake" an annual benefit going back to 1991. The Event is highlighted by white collar boxing matches between the cities' Financial Exchanges. After I stopped participating I took on the reins of matching and training many of the fighters.
