I’m a highly praised and requested chef who has been classically trained. I have extensive experience as an executive/personal chef and caterer. As a graduate of the Cooking Hospitality Institute of Chicago, I’ve been preparing delicious and healthy meals for various hospitality venues and events, for busy families and professionals since 1993 throughout Chicagoland area. My desire is to make your culinary experience(s) dynamic, fun, informative, useful and most of all fun. I will provide you with the culinary skills you need and have longed for. I will meet you where you are relative to your culinary experiences and tastes and desires.

I received a Culinary Degree from the Cooking Hospitality Institute of Chicago. Not related to, I have also received an undergrad in Legal Studies from Purdue University f/k/a Kaplan University and a Master’s in Public Administration for Walden University.
