We offer top quality food and service with none of the pretentiousness found within most fine dining establishments. An evening with us will seem more like a dinner party than a restaurant.
Greg Combs, is the “Goose and Fox” supper club creator and is a 15 year veteran of the restaurant/hospitality industry. As a child, he camped, cooked and foraged with the Boy Scouts, and wandered through Illinois endless farmers markets as an adult. He has worked every single job in the Industry in both the front and back of the house which gives his experience a truly one of a kind perspective focused on hospitality.
