I teach people to eat delicious food that is healthy and healing to one's body. In general, I debunk the myth that healthy food doesn't taste good. The truth is how you handle food and how you use spices in order to enhance the flavor of the foods. My cooking is primarily plant based, however the spice blends I teach people to make is universal. You can use it for fish, meat or vegetables. my students will be able to replicate what they cooked at their home easily and a whole new world of eating opens up for them.
I enjoy teaching and it is my passion to teach and coach people on food and nutrition. I have healed myself and eat those foods that are simple and delicious. I also have taught myself how to eat consciously, whether it is meat or plant. Conscious eating is the next step in our growth as humanity.

I simplify the class for all age and experience groups. I can adapt and moderate a class in such a way that no one is left out or feels that they can't perform the task. The instructions are pretty straightforward and easy to follow. My goal is that everyone learns or takes away something from the class. Indian food can be intimidating but the truth is it is the spices that most people are intimidated by. I ensure that they become comfortable with the spices based on the healing properties and the flavor.
Growing up in India, we cooked three meals. I started learning to cook by hanging out with my mom in the kitchen. When I was in my teens my father taught me the best village cooking methods that I still practice. To top it off, I quit my corporate job and owned a food company until recently where we sold our products to thousands of people.
