In addition to basic yoga classes I also offer Aerial Yoga classes including restorative aerial, all the way up to advanced aerial. My passion resonates with the healing aspect of yoga, mindfullness and breath and I keep it a part of my practice regardless of how basic or advanced the class may be.
I found my passion with yoga in 2009 when I started a basic practice to help with arthritis and chronic pain after going through chemo as a child. I fell in love with the instant benefits and was able to take myself off of troubling pain medications. Going back to the basics and simplicity is often lost and forgotten in our daily lives, and thats where the biggest impact begins. I strive for helping my students find release of pain and suffering in the mind and body, I test limits with understanding the body's capabilities and allow students to find their own successful journey.
I have been teaching yoga since 2014 and aerial yoga since 2015.
My greatest joy is when a student will come in with a goal and leave having reached that goal, wether it be with strength, flexibility or healing pain.

I get to know what their goals are initially and how their body mind relationship is currently. I will ask if their are any ailments an individual is working on healing or relieving, what may be holding a student back from living their best life and where there may be lingering stress and pain in the body and any health concerns wether they may be physical or mental.
