Titus is an awesome coach to work with - since he's fought before, he has a plethora of experience to draw from and is able to pinpoint specific methods to better your skill. During our sessions, he carefully critiqued my technique and then provided helpful tactics to strengthen my jab as well as improve my footwork. He will give tough love but will push you past a threshold you thought you'd never reach. Highly recommend one-on-one coaching!
It is an overall good experience, fun but challenging. You definitely get a lot more out of a session than just sweating. Titus is knowledgeable, patient and pushes you in a way that motivates you to keep going instead of being critical and condescending.
The workout is challenging engaging and tailored to work on what I need to work one Titus has great technique and the patience to teach it to me and he pushes just enough to really get value out of the time spent.
Titus is wonderful at guiding you through an intense workout, and pushing you to your personal limit. He is firm but kind, super friendly, and, if needed, can easily modify a routine to accomodate your needs. I personally enjoy his friendly banter and words of encouragement. I look forward to work outs with Titus and though there are days I don’t feel like exerting the energy, I know I will leave feeling accomplished, confident, powerful, strong, and ready to go again next session.
