Titus is an awesome coach to work with - since he's fought before, he has a plethora of experience to draw from and is able to pinpoint specific methods to better your skill. During our sessions, he carefully critiqued my technique and then provided helpful tactics to strengthen my jab as well as improve my footwork. He will give tough love but will push you past a threshold you thought you'd never reach. Highly recommend one-on-one coaching!
It is an overall good experience, fun but challenging. You definitely get a lot more out of a session than just sweating. Titus is knowledgeable, patient and pushes you in a way that motivates you to keep going instead of being critical and condescending.
