    I had a wonderful experience with 360 Health & Fitness. I had the privilege of getting personal training from Aaron and Nahema. As a beginner, I felt challenged, but both trainers were patient and attentive. I really liked the diversity of exercises when I came, which was geared towards a total body work out. With their training I was able to see the change in my endurance level, core, and toning of my arms and glutes. I definitely recommend 360 Health & Fitness to anyone looking for personal training.

    * I will need to put them through an Assessment to see if the athlete or the Personal has any issues with Progressive loading.
