About this pro

BoxersRUs will bring focus discipline dedication and fitness to every session guaranteed. Our main mission is to teach the basics and mechanics of boxing and self defense. We extend beyond just punching bags and combos. We will show you everything you need to defend yourself efficiently and learn the complete Art of boxing from footwork to sparring.

My Love for the sport itself drives me to be the best teacher/coach i can be. I've trained navy and civilians as well as being a Navy veteren trained in self defense and hand to hand combat. I love seeing the growth and development of my students whether novice intermediate or pro. And seeing their desire for the sport grow and the confidence and focus they achieve through the art is always exciting and gratifying.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

First we do a phone interview to understand your goals and skill set. Then we meet for a session were you will sign a release form and and build your routine from scratch depending on your skill level. This is a full training session. Each session will involve fitness and boxing techniques.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I've personally studied and practiced the sport for over 10 years. With other self defense forms like Karate/Krav Maga/ marine hand to hand combat training and Navy surf alpha and bravo hand to hand and weapons training. As well as training Navy serviceman boxing and hand to hand combat techniques.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

All in house lessons are 50 an hour

Any travelled session is 75 an hour

How did you get started teaching?

My father taught me as a child. Then i picked it up for myself again as a teenager. Through self training i started to assist others at their request to learn better form and feet movement from them not being satisfied from the in house trainer at Equinox. I've taking student's since.

What types of students have you worked with?

Everyone from starter to Pro.
