Dont waste your time going to a cardio class labeled as a boxing class, dont waste your money on trainers and instructors who dont care about your progress, and dont waste your energy going to a place you're not interested in.
When you hire me you will recieve a one on one hands on lesson for either Boxing, MMA, or Wrestling.
A 60 minute workout plan including technique and conditioning exercises is ideal to get down to your weight loss goal but i do also pffer 30 minute beginner classes
I have been boxing for 5+ years and have 10+ years of wrestling experience
Ny grandfather Juan Reyes is my trainer and coach, he will also be assisting studenrs on select days
