About
Hi! My name is Rebecca and I love sharing yoga with others. I am honored to have taught all-levels and all ages. My teaching style is centered around listening to the body, honoring the heart, and tapping into the self, both on and off the mat. I completed my 200hr and 500hr teacher training through YogaWorks and a 40hr Power Yoga teacher training with Bryan Kest of Bryan Kest Power Yoga. I am certified to teach MiniMe Yoga and love sharing yoga with children too:)
