What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Typical process is first, assessing mobility and any health issues, and then second, breaking down the fundamentals of all barbell movements being taught so that the lifter can optimize their experience in the lifts and prevent injury.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified USAW Level 2 Coach, Nesta Certified Biomechanics Specialist, and USA Boxing Silver Level Coach

How did you get started teaching?
A friend had asked for some tips and realized that I actually have a knack for this. Also, it is the most rewarding feeling for me to coach someone else and watch how their confidence and happiness increase.

Athletes (boxers particularly) and non-athletes who desire confidence through weight training and boxing training.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I know what works and have gotten away from the current bullshit taught.
