I'm a lifelong athlete with experience in various sports including baseball, basketball, football and wrestling. I've been anan internationally ranked natural bodybuilder, dating back to 2005 when I started out as a teenage competitive trainer. I have also successfully completed the Boston Run To Remember half marathon in 91 minutes, and the 2015 Boston Marathon in 3hrs27mins. Whatever goal you may have, I am here to help you get started and reach.
