Burn up to 800 calories in a 1 hour workout that involves a 10 min strength and conditioning warm up, 5 rounds of Muay Thai combinations with burn out rounds, and stretching. In this workout, time really flies! It’s a high energy, motivating, and fast paced high intensity interval training that leaves you burning calories even hours after your workout!
I have been teaching Kickboxing in Linthicum and Beltsville MD for over 1 year and have helped more than 25 people this year lose over 50” off their bodies in just 2-3 weeks, I help them build a lean fighter’s physique and gain confidence and energy again!
I am CPR certified and currently studying for my NASM personal training certificate.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I introduce basic and foundational combinations and practice then before each round. I make corrections and adjustments during this practice round so that new students can get the most out of their workout in a safe and effective way. Also, depending on their fitness level which i asses during the warmup, i create modifications when necessary.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I trained as a kickboxing instructor at Ilovekickboxing.com Linthicum, MD and currently teach and train in Muay Thai at College Park Mixed Martial Arts

I charge $35 per hour session.
My membership costs at the College Park MIxed Martial Arts studio is $70/month.

i have worked with students who are total beginners, bodybuilders, amateur fighters, and clients who have substantial amount of body fat.
