Yoga Bella offers classes at our studio, at your place of work or home. Our instructors prefer to work in small groups - helping you grow and achieve your goals. We featuring small-scale fitness classes in an inviting and friendly atmosphere. We focus on mind/body exercise that promotes our physical and mental well-being, recognizing the value and necessity of both.
I enjoy being in community with people. Getting to know their priorities and preferences, and offering a practice that allows them to achieve that!

All Yoga Bella teachers have completed their 200hr Yoga Teacher Training. We all pursue our own practice and emphsize contniuing education.
