Several years ago, I had a few private lessons with Kate. Specifically she worked on some inversions with me. Her instruction was clear and helpful. Kate was able to see what I was doing and break it down into helpful suggestions that made a tangible difference in my practice. Years later, I still remember and apply things she told me. In my mind this was time very well spent. If you’re considering a private lesson with Kate, I think you will be very happy with the result.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like students to tell me their goals or limitations. I take this into account during our sessions. From there I guide a class format that meets them where they are at. I provide advancements and modifications for all levels.
