HeartYoga is a friendly, challenging and liberating place to do yoga. Many teachers and studios put their students in a box and we strive to teach yoga in such a way where student are feee to trust themselves and really grow.
Everyone who teaches there loves Yoga deeply and is so passionate about sharing it with the students. We get tremendous joy from students grow physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually and we do the best we can to convey that in our teaching.
