About
I believe my service should stand out to people who want an experienced teacher...... I have been teaching yoga for 22 years. I have studied several styles throughout those years, mostly in New York and California. I feel so lucky to have been very well trained in proper alignment, breath work, and also therapeutic yoga. I have had several private clients over the years- all ages, some who want the convenience of a home practice, and some with health issues that prevent them from joining a group class. I also teach classes to all levels in health clubs, as well as a group of seniors (some in their 80's and 90's)for the past 10+ years!
I get to see people literally TRANSFORM before my eyes, and, I get a huge smile from people after my classes, hugs, and thank you's! I am not sure in what other profession this happens!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I usually ask them several questions before we get started to assess their goals, health, etc.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I got my first 200 hour yoga certification in 2000, have taken countless workshops and trainings over the years. My last training was a 1 year Advance Yoga Therapy training. Yoga from a therapeutic place, rather than a "workout", although it may be a nice byproduct of moving your body.
